The most wonderful experience. First met with them as we were doing the final house repairs and cleaning. They had very helpful suggestions. From that point moving forward they did as they promised. OMG, my real estate agent, Wendy, was phenomenal. Let me tell you, the end of April while the Corona virus was in major swing, Wendy posted my house for sale. within 3 days we had three people, serious buyers interested in the house. Went through the process of weeding them out. Had one buyer went through all the way up till the week before closing, and the people were denied the loan. Something to do with moving in from another state and having a business. Anyways It was major upset, Wendy was so cool, she actually put the house back up on the market and then three more days we had another buyer again. As you know with the Corona virus everything was helter skelter, trying to get people to do inspections and fix things that needed to be fixed. Wendy never gave up she was always a positive force in the whole process. Then when we found a new home it was incredible but she went right to work to get all the information for us. It was a foreclosure so we wanted to make sure that everything was going over safely and according to specs. Imagine, on August 7th, I have a new home! I can't believe the wonderful job she did, always with a smile and my fortunate results. Thank you Wendy for a job well done.

Although I hated to see you leave as neighbors and even with the little flood and the house having water around it, we received so much activity that my phone wouldn't stop ringing on your home. It was a different time indeed with some obstacles I must say I haven't encountered before regarding inspectors and appraisers, but with your beautiful decor and flexibility and the You-Tube walk thru and me telling buyers I could show it in 5 minutes, it was a win-win. Kim and Wendy were me and my husbands agents and we bought a house with their help. They are terrible! They added in pen a few things to our offer on a house after we already signed on it (we had to find out after our first offer didn't go through and we had to submit another one). They showed us houses that weren't what we're looking for at all, they didn't even call us the right names! And as first time home buyers I believe it's their job to tell me I need to submit paperwork to prove this house will be my residency and it's not for business, or otherwise I'd have to pay 4x the amount on taxes!! Do yourself a favor and find a professional realtor with knowledge and patience.
