If you are a Seller...
If you are a Buyer...
Hi there, like many of you, I’m a transplant from up north. After working for a bank in Maryland for 40 years doing residential and multifamily lending, I decided to retire and move to Loris SC to be close to my sister. With my past experience as a mortgage banker, I am able to use the skills and knowledge gained from my previous work experience to assist buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs. I love nature and being outdoors and I found that the North Myrtle Beach area is a great place to live. My buddy Sunny (my dog) and I are a little bit country. We love going to the doggy park at the NMB Sports Complex on the weekends. After playing at the doggy park, we take a walk around the lake and watch people zipline, waterski and do the Great Ape climbing in the trees. This is a great place to get out into nature. It’s also a great place to take the kids. There are so many activities there. I also love the beach and all the great places to eat and all the great shopping.
