My goal in my real estate practice is to provide professional service that culminates in happy, satisfied clients. I believe the first step in helping buyers and sellers is to understand their wants, needs and goals. That requires listening, asking the right questions and providing clear and honest answers.
I am an outgoing person, with a positive and entusiastic approach to life. I love my role in helping my clients reach their dreams of home ownership or of selling and moving on to life’s next adventure.
The experience of remodeling several homes has given me the ability to help buyers see the potential in a property. I also took a home staging course, which helps me assist sellers in getting their home ready to sell.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, I spent the years before the birth of my twin daughters teaching. I feel my teaching experience helped me to develop good communication and organizational skills.
I became a North Carolina Real Estate Broker in 1995 and practiced real estate in the Lake Norman area before moving to Myrtle Beach. I purchased my second home here in 2010 and spent as much time here as possible before making the decision this year to move here permanently. Great decision! What is not to love, we have beautiful beaches, numerous entertainment venues, some of the best golf courses, awesome restuarants, and the friendliest people!
Coldwell Banker Chicora has been #1 in the Myrtle Beach real estate market for 40 years and I am very excited to be a part of this progressive thinking company.
When not helping Myrtle Beach buyers and sellers, I love spending time with family and friends enjoying the beautiful Grand Strand. I am also an avid photographer and enjoy doing beach portraits.
