My background in Real Estate over the last 25 years has included the purchase, renovation, and rental management of homes and condos, as well as the development of residential and commercial properties in both Chicago and Myrtle Beach. I have also managed my own portfolio of investment rental properties. Sooner or later everyone needs to sell Real Estate.  We had that need recently.

We were also looking for a house and found one driving through a neighborhood.  That is where we met Greg Smith, Realtor.  We did not purchase that particular home. We have had nothing but a really good business relationship with Greg both for finding a perfect home to purchase and the selling of our previous home.

 Here are the reasons why:   He was a good listener and understood what we wanted.  we never asked him to do anything for either the sale of our home and purchase of a new one that he did not pleasantly do.  He held numerous open houses on our sale unit.  He got  us a contract on the sale house, but it fell through for mortgage reasons.  Although, we were discouraged, he went to work and within a few days he presented a cash offer for the sale home.  

 That unit needed some minor work done due to the buyers inspection requirement.  With my approval he arranged a handy man to repair all items immediately with complete satisfactory results.
