I moved to N. Myrtle Beach in 1974, and attended N. Myrtle Beach High School. I earned degrees in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina from 1978-1982. I have been in the real estate business since 1992, and work for Coldwell Banker Chicora Advantage as the Broker-in-Charge of the Briarclliffe, Carolina Forest, and Shore Drive offices. I believe in giving back to those that have helped me so much throughout the years, and have served in nearly every capacity for the Grand Strand Board of REALTORS including President, Vice President, Secretary, and Local and State Director. I have also served on the Nominating Committee for the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS, and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS. I was named REALTOR of the Year in 2007, and as a big believer in education, I have earned my GRI, ABR, e-PRO, CNE, and CDPE Designations. I am married to the love of my life, and have one beautiful daughter who is attending Appalachian State University.
We listed two condos with Mark in early June 2015. First unit closed on July 28, second unit will close 10 September. Far quicker than the average unit in North Myrtle Beach. Extremely pleased with his professionalism, knowledge of the area/business conditions, and willingness to help make things happen. If I could give him a 10, I would!!
