I have worked with Lamar the last two houses I bought and sold. Each time I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the ways to enhance a house for sale. He was able to point out to me certain things I should do for such as staging, etc. The house was sold faster than I expected. Since I used Lamar for the sale of my house I wanted to use him to purchase another house. I gave him the criteria I expected in a new house and that evening I had ten houses that matched my criteria. The next day we looked at 3 of the ten house and I chose the first house we looked at. This house matched and went above what I expected. We are pleased with the house, location and amenities. The purchase was made easy, I know because of Lamar's experience. I highly recommend him. (AAAA++++) rating I would give him.
