Jim has been an active Real Estate broker in Myrtle Beach since 1979. He specializes in vacation homes in the Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach area and offers a "no pressure, informative and personal experience" style of selling. He is originally from Western North Carolina near Asheville and graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Jim is married to Kathy and they have 3 "almost adult" children. Interests include working in the yard, playing golf and traveling.
