After spending my childhood summers vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area I decided to call the Grand Strand home. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Information Systems and have a minor in Psychology. My husband, Ricky, who is an outpatient physical therapist and an owner of Professional Rehabilitation Services throughout the area. My husband and I, and our two children, love the small town feel with all the big town amenities that this area has to offer.

Excellent Realtor who handled everything professionally and efficiently despite all the chaos that comes with real estate transactions.
Kristin was very keen on local knowledge, able to tell me approximate commute times from anywhere I looked, and was honest with me about neighborhoods.
We had to go through three or four offers before getting one accepted, and she handled each process easily.
I could text her at any time and very quickly have a response, she's very responsive.
She negotiated my purchase price low enough with concessions, several thousand down, in order to allow the purchase. Asking price would've been too much for me to afford.
All in all, very satisfied with Kristin Owens and would use her again in a heartbeat.
