Lui grew up in Hong Kong.  He was educated in the United States and graduated from the University of New York at Binghamton.  He received his Bachelor of Science from the School of Management-Majored in Finance.  His past work experience includes a management position with Wal-Mart Corporation, Sam's Club Division.  He was a stockbroker for Chatfield Dean Investment firm in Chicago, Ill.  He also owned and operated 8 restaurants with a twenty year time span.  He has purchased, sold, invested, and leased numerous commercial properties since college.  Lui provides extensive market and investment analysis for his clients to make an informed decision.  He also provides assistance in planning, consultation, negotiation, acquisition and disposition.  Lui is more than a commercial real estate broker, his is your trusted adviser.  His commitment to excellence is unwavering.  Ultimately, he believes his client's success in his success.
